This form is designed as a checklist for leaders. By completing the designated items, you will have completed all necessary items required for Camp Fuego Registration.

REQUIRED EXCEL FILE

This excel file is REQUIRED for registration and must be submitted no later than 14 days before your camp session starts. Please note that if the file is not received by the deadline, your reservation maybe forfeited to the next church(es) on the waiting list for your week. It can be opened in Microsoft Works Spreadsheet (which is included on every PC using windows) or in Microsoft Excel
